Surveillance video released in armed robbery investigation “16-027129”

The Shreveport Police Department has released video from a local business’s surveillance cameras during an alleged armed robbery that occurred in west Shreveport.

Back on February 14, 2016, two male suspects, armed with handguns, robbed a Family Dollar located in the 3800 block of Linwood Avenue. The suspects made off with an undisclosed amount of money, then fled the scene on foot.

Authorities anticipate the identification and subsequent arrest of the suspects seen on camera upon release of the images and are asking anyone with information about the robbery to contact Shreveport-Caddo Parish Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373 or www.lockemup.org Crime Stoppers will pay up to 500.00 for information leading to the arrest of the two suspects.
